Short but (almost) warm.
This is my three-day weekend from work, so I've been hanging around the house with the kids, with occasional trips out for Christmas shopping, which is, thankfully, done now. Not wrapped, though. I'll do that this afternoon.
The new heater for the bed is here! Rich left work early yesterday (after his boss ordered everyone to go home), and drained about half of the water from the bed to lift the mattress and put the heater in place underneath. This morning the bed is almost warm! Oh, is this not happiness?
